The accommodationTeverecentro is a very comfortable and refined holiday home. It's the best alternative to a hotel room. It offers all the same comforts, but you feel like you are in the privacy of your own home. It's the perfect place both for families and couples. As you enter, there is a small foyer that leads to two entrances, offering two families or two couples the possibility of preserving their own independence, while at the same time being all together in one unit. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. It consists of two large double bedrooms (one with two additional single beds), and two bathrooms with showers. There are also two living areas; one with a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa bed, while the other has a large oval table, ideal for leisurely meals, or as a study where you can take advantage of the free wi-fi.All the rooms are equipped with period details such as high ceilings, large windows and doors, and a large, antique, non- operational stone fireplace. Items of antique Italian furniture nicely coexist with modern and functional objects and fabrics, characterized by warm and bright colors that make the room cozy and charming. The Teverecentro holiday home is situated on the mezzanine floor of a classic roman building built at about the end of the 1800’s. This makes it ideal for transporting luggage, since you avoid the unpleasant and unexpected surprise of not finding a working elevator, and it is very easy to access the street and enjoy the neighborhood with its many snack bars offering tasty breakfasts, traditional and ethnic restaurants, and of course, shopping.SettingThe house is located on Via Pietro Cossa, one of eight streets which cross Piazza Cavour, with its "Palazzaccio" (seat of the court of Rome), the historical cinema "Adriano", and a very large underground parking garage which has recently been completed and is landscaped with beautiful gardens. Activities and attractionsOn foot, in just a few minutes, you can reach "Castel Sant'Angelo" and St. Peter's Square, with its typical district of "Borgo Pio", or Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna, passing near the Museum “Ara Pacis”, with the great work of American architect R.Meier.The nearest metro station (Lepanto, line A) is 700 meters from the apartment, while many bus stops are only 200 meters away, such as bus 49 that leads to the Vatican museums, and bus 87 that leads to Piazza Venezia and the Imperial Forums. Are you a keen athlete? Or do you simply want to walk with pleasure through the streets of Rome? A short walk down the stairs near us takes you to the bike paths which run along the banks of the Tiber river.See description in: Spanish German Italian Russian
